Returns & Refunds

 

• Opened products cannot be returned.

• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To start a claim, email us at support@kremsuperfood.com with your order number and photos.

• Refunds, replacements, or store credit will be processed once your claim is approved.
